A long time Black friend of mine is hoping that Obama wins. His business has seen about a 10% reduction in gross sales this past quarter and he’s hoping for substantial reparations.

He said that $50,000 apiece would mean a taxfree $350,000 for his family alone. Where can he get a better deal than that for his vote? Three years income just for voting the way his Momma would.

Realistically, anybody who isn't happy with the deal they got being dragged over here in chains ought to have their choice of the things which would have happened to them if they'd stayed, i.e. death from malaria, killed by snakes, crocodiles, hippos, rival tribesmen (cooked and eaten, remember that ALL slaves were originally captured enemy tribesmen...), lions...

Kim DuToit says that the whole basic problem in Africa is that there are simply so many ways to die young that nobody ever lives long enough to get wise.
