Prosecutor: O.J. Simpson violated terms of Bail
LAS VEGAS, Nevada (CNN) -- O.J. Simpson was taken into custody in Florida on allegations that he violated terms of his bail by trying to talk a co-defendant out of cooperating in a Las Vegas armed robbery case, court documents say.
O.J. Simpson faces trial on 12 counts, including robbery and conspiracy.
Simpson, 60, is to go before a Nevada judge on Wednesday at the request of Clark County District Attorney David Roger.
The prosecutor filed a motion Friday to revoke Simpson's $125,000 bail.
Court documents obtained by CNN say Simpson allegedly tried to reach co-defendant Clarence Stewart though his bail bondsman. That was a violation of the terms of his release, according to a transcript of his bail hearing attached to the legal papers.
Authorities say they have a copy of a voicemail Simpson left for Stewart, the court documents say. Simpson is quoted as saying:
"I just want, want C.J. to know that the whole thing all the time he was tellin' me that (bleep), ya know. I hope he was telling me the truth. Don't be trying to change the mother (bleeping) (bleep) now, mother (bleeping) (bleep) holes. I'm tired of this (bleep). Fed up with the mother (bleepers) changing what they told me."
Stewart is not cooperating with prosecutors.

What an idiot.
What a potty mouth idiot!
Hey OJ....get used to the color orange...they don’t call you The Juice for nothing now. It’s da Big MF’n House for you pal where you belong.
I don’t think this guy’s gonna die of old age.
Ii guess the real killer must be in Florida, ey?
Clark County District Attorney David Roger alleges that in a November voice message, Simpson told his bail bondsman to contact co-defendant Clarence “C.J.” Stewart and express frustration about testimony given at hearing where Simpson, Stewart and a third man were ordered to stand trial.
“I’m tired of this (expletive),” Simpson is quoted as saying in a transcript that was included in Roger’s motion to revoke bail filed Friday. “Fed up with (expletive) changing what they told me. All right?”
Simpson had been instructed by Las Vegas Justice of the Peace Joe M. Bonaventure in September not to have any contact with anyone involved in the case - not even by “carrier pigeon.”
WSVN-TV in Miami showed video of Simpson walking through Miami International Airport near an American Airlines counter Friday. He was wearing a golf visor, golf shirt and jeans, talking on a cell phone while a man accompanied him.
“I can’t talk to you guys. I cannot talk to you guys,” Simpson said before boarding the plane.
He could have had many women other than his ex. He could have kept his nose clean now.
O. J. has been such a major disappointment. I used to really like the guy.
He should have fried years ago.
He could have had many women other than his ex.
Those sounds you hear, are all the orgasms over at Faux News...
“WE HAVE ANOTHER NEWS CYCLE!!!”
The custodial staff must be following Greta around for dry clean-up.
Well, one would have thought so. Unfortunately not.
Witness tampering....OJ you are so screwed.
I’m shocked I tell ya.......SHOCKED!!
Freakin’ box of rocks has more intelligence.
Throw away the key!
How the mighty have fallen. From the LAPD swat team on a nationwide broadcast to Miguel from “You Ring, We Spring”.
OJ is truly the gift that keeps on giving.
You need to take dat seegar outa you mout.
He must be a member of the Democrat Underground. That's the way they talk in there.
“get used to the color orange...they dont call you The Juice for nothing now”
That is a good comparison
This is a joke. Really, first we would have to hear the entire telephone conversation. Obviously, they are not stating the entire conversation, because the statement was taken out of context. That little statement does not tell me OJ was trying to get any information to anyone. It seems like he was simply venting to me. I am not sticking up for anyone either. I am just stating the truth.
