Democrat Senator Robert Byrd is President pro tempore of the U. S. Senate. As such he is 3d in line to be President of the United Sates in the event of the death, removal or incapacitation of the Prez, VP and Speaker of the House.
He is 90 years old. This is incredible, rambling, off-topic video of him, a week ago, He seems drunk, stoned, crazy or senile, (or possibly a combination of all of the above) on the Senate floor, live on national (and international) TV!
As a qualification for Democratic Senator from West Virginia, he is a fomer Exaulted Cyclops of the Ku Klux Klan who declared in writing that he would "never serve in the U.S. Military alongside a Negro."
Granted, he seems to be suffering from a cold, but do we want this man anywhere near power of any kind!?!?
This is scary.
He’s old and extremely tremorous. God love West Virginia for electing him so many times and naming everything in the state for him. He’s certainly delivered the federal money to them.
If N-Word Byrd is 3th In Line To be Prez, can I be 4rd?
And that’s on a good day. LOL
It almost looks like he has parkinson. He needs medical attention.
These adjectives could be applied to about half the senators.
The good people of West Virginia should be ashamed and embarassed.
>Granted, he seems to be suffering from a cold<
Byrd flu?
Absolutely painful to watch.
He’s just a member of the “Slow Talkers of America.”
>>>>> How about “E-All of the above”
“Survey Says !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
LOL
OMG!!! LOLROTF
Threeth in line for President of the United SATES?? Holy cow!! And a fomer exaulted cyclops too! You say he sounds drunk, drugged or something. How can you tell?
This is what is leading the country. The American voters are not paying enough attention.
I know I shouldn't laugh at an old man, but that's funny!
Yikes! He’s obviously loopy from too much cold medicine. (at least I hope that’s his problem...)
I thought the Speaker of the House was third in line..
Wow! That was painful to watch! Term limits are a good thing.
