(Cue: Love's Theme)
Before I dropped out of the race, "Love's Theme" was going to be my theme music for my run for President of my senior class.

"My Everything" was actually written by a Country & Western artist who was a friend of Barry White. When the writer couldn't get it recorded Barry asked if he could rearrange the song and try to get it released.
Voila'.

Barry was great. I have his greatest hits CD and some old vinyl of his. I seduced my second wife to “Love Serenade”.
She especially liked the line “take off that brassiere, my dear” and “I dont wanna see NO panties”.
Deeply philosophical, serious and meaningful lyrics to change the world with.
That was the same night my dog had puppies and I spent half the night checking on her (the dog). I think she (the woman) thought I was strange or nuts. The dog was a rescued white poodle who had 2 jet black puppies. Very suspicious. She was a tramp.
The wife turned out the same way.

For Valentine’s Day my wife got me one of those musical cards that when opened plays a song. This one has Barry White singing that song.
Yuo gotta like that!

Mine, too. Still gives me goosebumps when, less frequently with the passage of time, I hear it on the car radio.

That’s too bad because he could be running for president right now and people would be voting for him - likely young people who were conceived when their parents put on of his smoky records on the turntable and turned down the lights.
