Cigar festival lights up Havana
Cigar aficionados celebrate Cuba's tradition of fine cigar making at a week-long festival in Havana.
One-third of the 400 million hand-rolled cigars sold in the world each year are Cuban, but they are banned in the United States under four-decade-old trade sanctions against Cuba's communist government.

They should have held it a few days earlier; coinciding with Monica Lewinsky’s birthday.....
The Cuban people will finally live to see a day without living under Castro’s thumb and the first thing they’ll find is yuppie investors insisting on smoking bans in public.
How old is she now? It’s hard to believe that just one administration ago she was crawling around on her knees putting things in her mouth.
I believe she’s 37, as a joke was traveling the Internet email circuit to that effect a week or two ago.

I will wager that the U.S. (mainly Washington) is the largest consumer of Cubans in the world. I heard rumors that Fred always had a large stash in his Senate office.
