I had a search engine that went missing on the forum page. How do I get it back? It searches by poster, keyword, etc. (I would search for this search engine but have no engine to search with) Also, I don't have any of the subject links that use to be on top of the page, and the one link that allows me how to add what headings to the side bar is half way off the page. Aside, from that this is a great place and I would appreciate the help!
The default search is for keywords.
A title search can be specified like this - title:Hillary
An poster search is done like - by:hal9000
If you see the Go button in the top right , just press it, it should take you to a search page where you will find those options
I used to get the full text of what the poster wrote. How do I get that?
Click on “Full” at the top of the page.
Hit 'Go'. (In other words, leave the search box blank and hit Go.) You should get this:
patience
After the changes and adjustments are made than I sure you will have a neat search engine but everything is still in the formation stage.
IMHO
LOL! Thanks. I got it! Takes a little getting used to.
If you are already viewing an article, there is a SEARCH button on the upper left hand of the page which takes you to what works like the old search engine.
Why were things changed - there doesn’t seem to be any improvement.
Now, when I get the font big enough, I have to scroll to see the right side.
