Nowadays one sees all sorts of permutations of names. Many I think because so many people these days can't spell but phonetically, or just can't spell, or are trying to be "creative".

She was going to name her son Kaden, because it sounded like Jaden, but she was afraid too many people were already naming their kids Jaden.

Terrible and it doesn’t sound accidental to me. Maybe not intentional, but it was not accidental.

A day late but- you have to appeal to them with vivid imagery. Logical explanations or reasoning will not register. Say something like, “when so-and-so gets gored by the point on that stick, and his liver and guts get pushed out the other side and you’re all running around screaming and throwing up, and even if he doesn’t die and you don’t go to jail and he’s just crippled for life and can never play sports, and his mother comes and visits each one of you every day to nag and wail about what you did to her son, well, don’t come crying to me”.
