In front of the camera, Gary Hart, who died Sunday, was one of the most vile and hated managers of all time; behind the scenes, he had one of the greatest minds for professional wrestling...

List of Ping Lists
(As always, if you'd like ON or OFF my wrasslin' ping list, let me know)
He booked the Christmas 1982 cage match that made Kerry Von Erich..Terry Gordy slammed the cage door on his head and Ric Flair kept the title...The Von Erichs and Free Bird fued was on..PRICELESS...Vince should take a note..
He turned me down for an autograph once. I have hated him ever since. He was one of the best at his trade.
I dont think I ever ‘got’ pro wrestling, even vaguely. Maybe someone can explain as to what it’s all about.
// flame suit on ;)
From what i’ve gathered it’s like a fictional soap opera for adolecent boys.
Dang.
RIP
Vince won’t get it until he runs himself out of business.
Manly yes, but girls like it too.
Yeah but that ‘fictional soap opera’ has also taken its show overseas to perform for our troops in Iraq or Afghanistan EVERY year since the war started. *s* Dare you to find me another celebrity or celebrities that’s done the same.
What did he die of?
Also, Vince supports the war. Back before we invaded Iraq there was a “debate” on one of the shows about it. The face (good guy) was pro-invasion, the heel (bad guy) was anti-war.
Also, alot of wrestlers visit injured vets and do alot of charity work especially with the Make-A-Wish foundation, just read Mick Foley’s latest book. Also, the former champion, John Cena has personally fulfilled 100+ wishes, according to the Foundation.
Wrestling has more viewers than all of the Michael Vick type thugball sports combined.
Dude, Take a chill pill.
I just said what it is.
Wasn’t meant as an insult.
I’m a big Roddy Piper and Macho Man fan myself.
I don’t know yet.
I hardly watch those either. The games just aren’t the same as from say the first 10 superbowls. Now that was football!
*LOL* I’m a lady, not a dude. And it’s ok, I was just messin’ with ya. *s*
haha
I usually don’t use “Dude”.
at least not in the past 15 years.
It’s funny though, when I hook up with old buddies the word Dude comes out of my mouth like every 5 mins.
Must be instinctual.
Rest in peace, Mr. Hart.
