Caption this: Dutch protests of Geert Wilders' film 'Fitna' about Islamic tyranny.

Posted on 03/28/2008 1:31:12 PM PDT by weegee

This is the ONLY photo from the film in the wire coverage I see on Yahoo, everything else is of Geert Wilders or the protesters:

A demonstrator holds a banner with a photo of Geert Wilders during a demonstration in Amsterdam, Netherlands, Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008. Wilders released a film criticizing Islam and its holy book the Quran on Thursday, March 27, posting it on a Web site. The Dutch government had warned Wilders that a film offensive to Muslims could spark violent protests in Islamic countries, like those two years ago after the publication of cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad. Banner says: 'Extremist, will cause serious damage to you and society.' (AP Photo/Peter Dejong)

Activists of hardline Pakistani Islamist party the Jamaat-e-Islami shout slogans at a demonstration in Karachi against the controversial film critical of Islam by a Dutch right-wing politician. Muslim countries warned Friday of strong reactions to an anti-Islam film posted on the Internet by far-right Dutch deputy Geert Wilders, though initial reactions in the Netherlands were calm. The protest, called 'Netherlands Shows Its Colors,' is primarily a pre-reaction to the short film, anti-immigration lawmaker Geert Wilders says he will release later this month criticizing the Quran as a 'fascist' book. What, NO counterprotesters/supporters were photographed?

Also, what race is Islam? I know some followers believe non-muslims to be subhuman "kufir" but to oppose Islam imperialism is not racist. It is more "racist" to speak out against Aryan Nazism (since they defined themselves as a race) but it shouldn't have prevented the side of truth and justice from speaking out and denouncing Nazism.

Even native arabs and semites etc who are not muslim are considered second class citizens in muslim nations. Opposition to Islamic theocratic rule is not racism. Despite what these Dutch protesters claim.

Useful idiots alert

The Dutch denounce the film as racist while the Islamic protesters denounce the Dutch and the West altogether.

Fine print of the banner says "Internationale Socialisten".

More pinkos protesting on behalf of tyrants. Such was the history of the 20th Century too.
