Perrilloux entered the restaurant with an unidentified former LSU football player and three employees from Crazy Horse Cabaret, the anonymous employee said.

He said the group sat in the cocktail area and began drinking. Perrilloux, the employee said, began yelling obscenities and racial slurs to their server.

After some time, the employee said the server spoke to a manager and asked him to address the rowdy group.

The employee said a manager asked the group to leave, and after the manager threatened to call the police, the group left.

I don't think the whole story is known yet on this incident. I heard a different version of this story on a local talk radio show. There are denials from LSU that this incident happened at "the Kona Grill" but I heard it happened at another restaurant. So LSU may be playing the semantics game. The word is that Perrilloux is "out for the 2008 season" due to this incident.

No LSU fan here, but that doesn’t sound like an altercation. A disagreement maybe, at worst.

“QB called server ‘Osama’”

The story I heard is that the incident was much worse than what is reported in the Reveille. However, I was not able to find a print article stating what I just heard a few minutes ago on the radio. Apparently, Les Miles feels he has to apologize for the actions of his players. I really like Miles but I think he just needs to boot Perrilloux. That or the NCAA should just drop all requirements of collegiate athletes and let colleges HIRE recruits as professional athletes for entertainment purposes, doing away with the sham of educating the athletes.

Perriloux needs to stop getting in to so much trouble. He needs to think of the team.
