Of all the Weather Channel personalities I would have thought it would have been guilty of such a thing, I would have thought it would have been Dave Schwartz.
His deliver always came across to me as a cross between a bad 70’s AM deejay and a sleazy used car salesman. But I did enjoy watching him as he was so funny, even if unintentionally so.
