Ryan Boughen was terrified when the Regina-bound Compass Airlines Flight he was on had to make an emergency landing on May 7.
Now the Regina resident is angry that one of the plane's flight attendants has been charged with setting a fire in the plane's rear bathroom.

I am curious as to whether North Dakota or Minnesota (his first court appearance) has jurisdiction here. I suppose it really doesn't matter because it is a federal case, but if it goes to the jury, a North Dakota pool is less likely to suffer a fool gladly.
I assumed the person was a member of every Freeper’s fovourite religion .
