The GOP is so doomed (vanity)
Hannity show | 5/22/08 | self

Anybody listening to Hannity right now? Minority Leader Boehner is on right now. He is pathetic and shows why the GOP is going to be in the minority for a very long time.

Minority Leader Boehner

I have always found him to be WEAK!!! He was definitely the wrong person to pick for that position.

He's in denial about the loses in the recent races the GOP lost in Mississippi, Louisiana, and Illinois.

He's just not too inspiring. Makes me want to go outside and watch the grass grow or watch paint dry on a wall.

He’s saying the GOP won those races?

Thanks. When was the last time that the GOP had an effective (or even semi-effective) leader in Congress? Newt?

This guy has replaced Tom “water me twice a day” Ridge as dumb & receiving the Barbara Boxer award for the dumbest. There is no leadership becasue in a corrupt “Two-Party Cartel” you will always get a lesser at each election. They all are puppets to the elites that OWN CONgress - you sheeple get feed a bunch of crapola like was just stated & since 99% here won’t vote outside of this corrupt cartel this is your results.

Agreed. Boehner is a joke. How did he ever get in power. With his leadership we are truly doomed. He just doesn’t get it. There are far too many RINOs in office. We really need to clean house.

sad but true

we need to get back to core principles, yet marriage is hardly ever addressed for losing the 5 gays who would vote for the GOP,affirmative action is hardly ever mentioned
immigration is hardly ever talked about

in fact most of the core principles hardly ever get mentioned now and they wonder why many republicans will stay at home

sad thing is that it’s not just republicans who agree on the core beliefs as the majority of this country want
normal straight marriage
want the borders closed
illegals took back
strong on defence
want English as our language
so on and so on

I didn't hear Minority Leader Boehner on Hannity today, but I've read his comments where he thinks the Republican brand is tarnished and that McCain is the blueprint to bring health back to Republicans.

No Thanks!

MUST quibble. The American Sheep voted for their Socialist masters, therefore the Sheep must really want:

higher taxes
lax security
under-funded military
neutralization of American cultural heritage
government control of retail prices
government control of health care
government control of wages
internation law taking precedent over US courts

"He used to be a Democrat."

Reminds me of why the Catholic priesthood is in such disarray now. Eaiser to conquer within. Starting to wonder if this wasn't the plan all along by the Libs.

The man has no fight in him.

One thing the GOP is going to have to learn is you got to have some fight in you. Even when the Rats where in the minority, they had fight in them.

I think we get that because of the republican party not speaking out what the dems are really about

for instance if the republican party told the public by bill board, by radio, ad by tv ads things like

if you want your taxes to go up and have less money vote democrat

if you do not want English as our language then vote democrat

if you want two men or two women to marry each other vote democrat
If you do not want our borders closed then vote democrat

if you want our military to be made smaller and weaker vote democrat
if you want binladens terrorists to have ACLU lawyers in our courts then vote democrat

so on and so on

just why the GOP cannot do this is bewildering to me

also when the dems put a dem in who stands on republicans issues in the south that dem would have to say he either goes against the dem party or he should be a republican

since when did the dem party want gun rights, want normal marriage, lower taxes etc

Was already a done deal when 30 years of hard work to bring about the GOP control of gov’t was pissed away. The GOP will be dead until there is a new generation of suckers who don’t remember this great betrayal.

I will NEVER let Baraq Husayn ibn Mahomet, nor She Who Must Not Be Named, waltz into the WH unopposed.
