Its been a tough year for the Spitzer family, to say the least. Now that the legislative session is coming to a close, and hes no longer responsible for steamrolling lawmakers into achieving reforms anyway, papa Eliot is taking the whole gang on a summer vacation. On Monday, according to sources, the disgraced ex-governor, wife Silda and their three girls will depart for Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. A spokeswoman for the Spitzers, Anna Cordasco, confirmed the trip and said the family was going to Southeast Asia but didnt know the specific countries. Spitzer is still under investigation by the Feds and could potentially serve jail time for using the services of an international prostitution ring and money laundering. Recently, other members of the ring have pleaded guilty to federal charges and are expected to serve as witnesses for the government if Spitzer is indicted. But the Southeast Asia trip was Spitzer's eldest daughter Elyssa's idea, Cordasco said. And yes, after ten days or so, Spitzer is planning on returning to the United States.
Let me be the first to say....
THAILAND?
Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, the cradle of Democracy. Eliot should feel right at home.
$5,000 will get you a lot more honey in Viet Nam, no?
” THAILAND? “
Hey ! I’m going to Thailand in August - solo , too . ; )
As the Spitzer body count of dead rises (two women, two LEO
so far, at least), Client 9 gets a trip to buy some of the
finest young girls.
As you pass Spitz in the hallway.... just nod, OK?
Sometimes you gotta get away it all. Especially, when all these state troopers that use to do his bidding are offing themselves.
he's a class act, this spitzer.
Ooooo, you beat me to it!!!!
Let me guess - Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia don’t have extradition treaties with the US.
Elliot: Please send us some picture postcards of you, Silda, and the girls enjoying your Southeast Asia vacation! Thanx.
The mind reels.
It’s all relative, show your kids the “killing fields” of Laos and put things in perspective. “Hey kids, look at that pyramid of 18,000 skulls!”
Five thousand dollar hookers, bull whips and parakeets => it’s not that bad in a relative sense.
Yeah, and leaving nearly identical notes, too.
BANG - KOK
Yup!
How come they haven’t CHARGED him yet?
Or have they?
“Let me be the first to say....
THAILAND?”
“Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, the cradle of Democracy. Eliot should feel right at home.”

In Phnom Penh, the Press Club would be a good place to start the hunt. It’s right along the Ton Le river.
Why is he even allowed out of the country? Or, the state for that matter...
And you know this - how?
Just kidding. I don’t wanna know.
“$5,000 will get you a lot more honey in Viet Nam, no?”

Hai Ba Trung street is THE street for Eliott and $5,000 is much more than needed. 20 to 30 bucks will do. It’s parallel to Dong Khoi, the tourist/restaurant street.
” BANG - KOK “
To be honest , no ...I have always been faithful to my wife . That is to say , I have never had sex with anyone else . I do have female friends , some of whom wifey knows nothing about . I see no harm in it as these women would never come between us . I do have a conscience .
Family trip. The ex-governor is no longer politically relevant. Leave them alone now.
A little free PR advice to Eliot Spitzfong:
Don’t head off to some of the leading sites for western “sex tourism” when you are hoping that people will think less about you and your prostitutes.
Also, try not to take your wife and daughters to places that will remind the public of your predilections for hookers.
Finally, since you know that $5K will buy you a lot more booty in southeast Asia, maybe you should just go alone......
Disagree. Spitzfong has not begun to receive all of the punishment and disgrace (not to mention prosecution) he deserves.... and the Demagogues have not begun to pay the political price they should bear for having so many scumbags like Spitzfong. It is highly continually “Politically relevant” to talk about this douchebag and what he represents.
His alleged financial crime, “structuring”, is not very impressive. There isn’t evidence of bribery or embezzlement. There are politicians on our side of the isle who did exactly what he did and haven’t even been pressured to resign. Cast the first stone...
Now it is over and he is through. He was low-hanging fruit.
I doubt anything more will come of this.
Following his family’s summer vacation is gratuitous.
Great question...and inquiring minds want an answer!
Ah, Phukett.
Maybe Gary Glitter told him about some good places
Doo Dooo Doooo Heyyyyyyyyy
“As you pass Spitz in the hallway.... just nod, OK?”
And keep one hand on your wallet...and the other one covering your behind.

None of the those articles is from the local paper (Albany, NY), The Albany Times Union. It should NOT be forgotten that the Albany Times Union was essentially serving as a wing of the Spitzer Administration even after the scandal broke.
