Too bad the old guy who took down the heckler at Monticello didn’t have one of those to pistol-whip the twit.

I’m at the point where hecklers and whatever don’t even bother me.

I mean, they are obviously acting out of ignorance and stupidity. Someday, they’ll grow up.

And when they come crawlin asking us to give them pointers and help them out, I’ll be more than happy to say “Come over. Be prepared to sit down, shut up, and listen. And don’t forget to bring that five gallon gas can - full.”

Now that the gubmint has figured out what the Second Amendment means, I’ve got to get me one of those.

Now that the gubmint has figured out what the Second Amendment means ... Don't be too sure, much less complacent. Governments at all levels may well try to de facto regulate your 2nd Amendment rights out of existing while hypocritically recognizing your 'right to keep and bear arms.' Certain states are already trying to find ways to break down the back door by regulating ammunition and other means.

I would steer first time handgunners away from that particular model - it has no safety.

And I’ll be honest - I can barely hit the broad side of a barn with it! (the one pictured isn’t mine, mine actually looks newer).

But I rarely - and I mean very rarely - miss what I’m shooting at with a long gun.

Happy Fourth!

Then give them one of these, it's a lot more forgiving: Here Comes the Judge

I don't have a safety either ... but I gotta tell ya, adding Crimson Trace laser grips was the best thing I ever did ... I went from where you are now with your pistol to deadly accurate. ;-D

Happy 4th ... and happy shooting. Happy noise-making. This Marine deserves a medal.
