Censored Freeper Question (vanity)

Hey fellow Freepers. I'm going to be away for two years because of an overseas committment in a land where I will be censored and cannot visit sites like this.
What will happen to my account on Free Republic? Can I let it sit inactive that long?

Look up “Tor” or other such options for your access.
FR doesn’t tombstone inactive accounts, from my knowledge. But I could see why you’d want to keep your login name.

I can access it, but in extremely censored form. Forums that are rip on Muslims, like all my comments do would surely make my head roll. I kind of like it where it is.

All FR accounts are tied to a specific email address.
I moved once and changed ISPs. Took me a week to remember my password.
So, check your FR account and see if you are using an email from an ISP OR any source you won’t have access to on your return. Change your FR account’s associated email as needed.
Change your FR password to a random strong password you use for no other website. Email yourself the password. Archive the email.
