That question is like asking...

Probably one of the dumnest poll questions I have ever read and that includes lots of liberal biased ones.

Here’s a poll question for you “If bats don’t fly up my arse in Sept who will I vote for?”

The choices this election year are like choosing how you want to die.

Death by hanging.

Death by injection.

Death by electrocution.

Death by drowning.

Death by incineration.

Death by (insert Darwin Award method here).

Now matter how you slice it, it’s still death and not one is a pleasant way to go.

Survey’s are fun when it comes to seeing how deranged the Paulites are. Here is the type of responces you’d likely see from RuPaul supporters:

Who wrote the constitution of the United States?

Ron Paul 52% (434 votes)
Who cares? Abolish it & keep only the bill of rights 21% (173 votes)
A marxist state like America is not worthy of a consitution! 16% (131 votes)
Pass the weed 4% (32 votes)
James Madison & the founders 3% (24 votes)
None of the above 4% (34 votes)

Who is your personal savior, that you pray to at night?

Ron Paul 52% (434 votes)
Hutton Gibson 21% (173 votes)
Timothy Leary 16% (131 votes)
Saddam Hussien 4% (32 votes)
Jesus Christ 3% (24 votes)
None of the above 4% (34 votes)

Who is the greatest politician ever to serve this nation?

Ron Paul 52% (434 votes)
Abolish Congress! 21% (173 votes)
Dennis Kuncinich 16% (131 votes)
Pass the weed 4% (32 votes)
George Washington 3% (24 votes)
None of the above 4% (34 votes)

If Ron Paul was NOT running for office, who would you vote for?

Ron Paul 52% (434 votes)
Whoever Ron Paul endorsed 21% (173 votes)
Vote? 16% (131 votes)
Pass the weed 4% (32 votes)
Surely you jest, Ron Paul will ALWAYS run 3% (24 votes)
None of the above 4% (34 votes)

Bobb Barr while at USC in 1967 joined the Young Democrats of America, and rallied against the Vietnam War.

His parents disapproved, and threatened to cut off financial support if he continued his “flaming liberal” activities

On the Colbert Report on June 4, 2008, Barr confirmed that he now supports ending marijuana prohibition, as well as the War on Drugs

At the 2008 Libertarian National Convention, he apologized for the part of the Defense of Marriage Act which prevents the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages ( Barr supports same sex marriage)

Barr has called for withdrawal of U.S. forces from Iraq, leaving no permanent military bases.

A press release from Barr’s presidential campaign stated: “The next president should commit to a speedy and complete withdrawal from Iraq, and tell the Iraqi people that the U.S. troops will be going home

Barr Does Not support the Patriot Act which has kept us from further attacks since 9/11

Barr has been a vocal opponent of President George W. Bush’s claim of authorization to wiretap transnational phone calls without individual judicial license. (Another favorite of the left.)

More recently, Barr has become a prominent member of the American Civil Liberties Union, sometimes doing paid consulting on privacy issues.

Barr had acquiesced to his then-wife having an abortion in 1983.
He had also invoked a legal privilege during his 1985 divorce proceeding so he could refuse to answer questions on whether he’d cheated on his second wife with the woman who is now his third.”

I probably will not vote for McCain, myself (flame away). Leaning toward
CP or writng in FDT.

(I must say that RP was not on my list of candidates, and I believe his supporters went too far in their enthusiasm)

Right on. I never know with these threads whether it's genuine interest of just a chance for the anti-Paul crowd to get together for a giggle.

To tell you the truth, I don't like anyone on the ballot including Barr. I don't believe in not voting. There's a good chance I will do research to find the best person for President running or not running and vote for that person. My requirements are a small government advocate who makes restoration of the Constitution top priority.

Same here. We have 12 cats and 3 dogs.

But back to the topic - I actually voted for Ron Paul in my state primary. Here in Kentucky, John McCain was already the chosen candidate before we even got a chance to vote for anybody. I was glad to see Paul on the ballot, because there was no way I was going to vote for Juan!

“lambasting paleoconservatives who don’t compromise”

A bit off topic, but I voted for Pat Buchanan in the 1996 primary in Colorado because Bob Dole, a decent guy, was no real candidate and Sen. Dole was the chosen one by then.

Which ratified sections of the U.S. Constitution do you believe are REALLY “unconstitutional”?

Article II, Section 2: Designates the President as “Commander in Chief” 21% (173 votes)
Article I, Section 10: Places limits on powers of state governments 16% (131 votes)
Pretty much every amendment after the first ten. Especially 13, 14, and 15. 4% (32 votes)
Article I, Section 8: Grants Congress power to collect taxes and declare war 4% (34 votes)
Article IV, Section 4: Guarantees federal government will protect all states against invasion 3% (24 votes)
All of the above, and also every part Ron Paul dislikes 52% (434 votes)

Uh-huh.

"Went too far", huh?

In our enthusiasm, yet!

Well, golly! If that's all it takes to put you off, then I should surmise that you prefer the middle-of-the-road types, for whom no enthusiasm at all is ever raised.

Too bad for you, then.

Why do you care?

After all, we are only a very tiny slice of the voting public, so obviously our votes won't matter.

That's a very thin veil you have there, my FRiend.
