Peanuts (Snoopy) Ceramic Flower Pot Value? (Vanity)
Moi ^ | 7-10-08 | Self

I've been given a ceramic flowerpot by my boss, and she says it was her mother's and may be worth something. It is ceramic with a relief of snoopy and a sunflower. Bottom printing list copyright as 1958 but I doubt the pot is that old. Unfortunately I think this is the only one she didn't throw away. Anyway I have googled alot and cannot find it anywhere to try and ascertain it's rarity or value. Any FReepers know anything about this type of thing?

Odd it didn’t come up in search results since snoopy planter was a search term I used. Oh well, I appreciate your effort. I’m surprised it isn’t worth a little more. I was mostly curious.

Speaking of collectibles....happened to be in central Minnesota visiting wifey's family the day Roy Rogers died in 1998.

That very day we made our planned trip over to Alexandria, which is known for it's antique shops.....they'd already doubled up the prices on his memorabilia.

The AR Live Thread is on summer hiatus.

We’ll resume in September, with the 3-hour Snoopy Flower Pot Extravaganza in Dubuque, Iowa.

It's typically a sign that a thread has reached its last legs/is about to be pulled by an AdMod, but I like your characterization much better.
