A quick start this morning.
I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more full breakfast.
Looks like all that’s missing is cereal.
Cereal is for small children and the very aged. :)
Different table. That table will have the Ensure(tm) and the daily pill box on it.

Day started at 0620 Friday, took about 200 miles of driving to get mom back and forth, and she is not doing well. I may only work half a day tomorrow, and cut it off at 12 hours.

Memories just trying to come out, I suppose.
Ignore me. I'm the crazy old grumpy uncle over here.
And trust me, if a customer wanted 2 over easy, bacon, sausage, herring, stewed tomatoes, sauerkraut, boiled potatoes, pho, biscuit, toast, pomme frites, fruit, and oatmeal... My kitchen would have provided. Drinks are the responsibility of the front-of-house.

Good Morning to the Dawn Patorl.
Good morning.
Did you have rain overnight?
It rained cats and dogs here around 8 last night. The weeds will be easy to pull today.
Yes, rained overnight, and it’s still raining.
We can use it. Things were drying up.
Don’t think the low lying farm fields needed it, though.
Oh my gosh......Little Maggie is ADORABLE!
She’s even adorable when she has you get up at 4:30 to go outside.
Good thing I am an early riser!
I am so sorry about your cocker spaniel. I understand how you feel; it took me a few years to get another dog after I lost my last one.
I don’t know if I would have tackled it except my husband is living and working in Denver and only gets home about every 6 weeks or so. I get pretty lonely and the cats are not companions the way dogs are. Anyway, this breed (English shepherd) is supposed to be easy to train and so far we are doing pretty well.
I really admire you for adopting Maggie. It is a real commitment, almost like adopting a child.
It’s a commitment, but it is also rewarding and fun.
The grandkids are SO excited! They haven’t seen her yet because they have been at camp, but they are just dying to come down here and see her. They can’t have pets because of their mom’s allergies, so this is a way for them to learn about caring for a pet, too.

Good morning and Welcome to ATRW!
Blue, I may be wrong, but I think I’ve seen you here before. I’m glad to see you back again and I wish you would be here regularly.
Hi Molly, nice to see you.
Hubby & I are about to leave on our weekend getaway to Door County. Have a great weekend everybody!
Oh, yum.

We have a saying down here on the wonderful breakfasts that are served up. ‘looks so good makes you want so glad you want slap our mother (mama)’, the second one that is NRVER published essayer, and die’....
I am on another one of ‘things to do’ and I really think I am going to enjoy doing it too. I am after folks in the various church's to request members to bring that second and or that third bible sitting around the house, and religious reading material also in the way of books and send them to the jails, pens, etc. Believe me, they could use the reading and need same as well, In other words what I am asking you all to do is thru the churches request the bibles and books and send them to the Chaplain at the state pen so he can get them out for reading. Believe me, this is one place that cloud use them and God knows the good it will do. To/wit, I ask this of you as a project for your church, for you to take on. I know that I have three bibles just sitting around as I have found others I like better because the of bigger words, etc. Sure hope ‘youse guys’ will help me to take this project on, one would be surprised just how many will be reached. If you are so inclined, bur a couple bibles, some are pretty inxpensive and you all know of the Christian books one can always find sales on.
With all the years I spent in law enforcement I can assure you the ones we need to reach few are preachers sitting in the jails.
Help me if you will, it will only take a few minutes of your time and the good you will do is unbelievable.
Toby
A good and happy day to you, welcome.
Good morning lady, ya doing ok???
THE main thing is missing, GRITS!!!!
I am going to dress my prayer park up starting today, so peaceful sitting in the woods the chickes, me and the birds and, SO close to God it feels like.
That sounds like a lot.
A breakfast sandwich is enough food to fill my stomach. An ice cold glass of orange juice to go with that, too.
It really stinks when you have allergies.
Welcome, wastedyears. We hope you’ll join us often.
Oh my, what a feast!
Thanks for the links.
My b-i-l gave Greg a gift certificate from this place...Pond View Koi so we were up early this morning for a day trip.
Hi everyone!
Hi Molly! Good to have you back home! I just wanted to mention, since you probably haven’t caught much Bennett while you were gone, that a couple of weeks ago a caller called in and said, “Good morning, Freedom Man.” Bill was absolutely flattered, honored and humbled to be addressed like that. You could hear it so well in his voice. Really cool.
Two thirds! I am going to Denver over Labor Day Weekend and I just realized I will fly in on Thursday, the day of the Obamafuhrer Riefenstall rally at the stadium!
My husband has promised to pick me up at the airport so I don’t get into it with an Obamaniac and wind up in jail. HA!
You will be safe at the airport but I strongly advise you to avoid downtown at all costs, even if it results in Mr. Marple temporarily moving his residence to an outlying area in the suburbs, such as Aurora, where I reside. The only way I will go near downtown is if I can join up with one of the talk show contingents such as Bill Bennett or Blabbity. Otherwise, I fear that I could get into harm's way and cause violent confrontations when I voice my objections to this CRAT party that is going to destroy our republic and get all our heads sawed off by the radical Islamic savages.
My husband’s department is being moved to Inverness. The employees who remain in the building downtown are probably going to work at home, according to the memo my husband got yesterday.
I won’t go near the downtown, either. We will stay in Mr. Marple’s apartment and make fun of the chaos that we see on TV.
As far as why Denver got the convention...well, you have a democrat mayor. WE have a Republican mayor, and although we didn’t get the Republican convention...we DID get the Superbowl! Heheheh!
Wastedyears and BlueAngel,
I know this is petty, and not even because I can’t stand Obamanation, but it really gets my hackles up when I see that idiot standing around with a cigarette in his mouth.
AND, nobody says a word.
I thought that cigarettes were verboten on airplanes and everywhere but your own home - well, really not in the home, but outside.
The media acts as if there is no cigarette there - but there is.

Double standard? Definitely!
I certainly use them at home, though.

I would ask for prayers of calming for my buddy, and a solution to the situation.
This young couple were asked to abort, and kept the baby. Please keep them and baby Brook in your prayers.
In HIS name, I ask.
