If you found that rude and insulting then I recommend your doc prescribing some chill pills for you.

The “Heat” comparisons crack me up. I watched the opening six minutes and in no way, shape or form does that bank robbery deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as the “Heat” bank robbery.
I may see actually see the movie after the Ledger-worship subsides a bit. But there’s no way it can come close to living up to this insane hype.

My pill is chilled. But that doesn’t make you not a rude jerk. Your entire demeanor on this and every other thread is one of belittling anybody that disagrees with you. Classic useless rude jerk bully moron behavior. Beneath contempt and completely worthless.

Ok, after all the hype and reviews, I went to see Dark Knight yesterday. I go to the movies to be entertained and, like Ghoshbusters, I'm probably the only person out there who wasn't as entertained as all the hype suggested. Well, with all due respect, I quit looking at movies that way when I turned, say...13?

You may enjoy it. It was good but not great, IMO. Whatever you do, be careful not to give it less than 4 stars (out of 5)otherwise, folks like Booger will jump all over you for not worshipping the DC gods.
To: pcottraux
So what you're saying is that you don't go to movies to be entertained but rather to be challenged in thought, etc. That's good and noble. In fact, how about I charge you $8 every two hours to watch PBS?
To: Cpl. Dwayne Hicks
I don’t care if you like it or not. Just don’t be a jerk when people disagree with you. It’s really not that hard.
To: boogerbear
Yes, I will remember that as I reflect on your kind words of "Only if you have an MTV attention span".
Don't serve comments like that unless you're ready for the return.

Thanks for the pointless non sequitur.

The “child in jeopardy” sequence, where Dent terrorizes the little boy, would have been an automatic “R” by any standard in the past. “Mama Mia” got a PG-13...probably for extended bad dancing.

It’s to disguise his voice. I remember a Batman cartoon from when I was a kid. Bruce Wayne and Batman had different voices.
