If the lawsuit has been filed, why is Berg v. Obama being ignored?

It’s just too special and it needs to be allowed to find it own space and grow like a poisounous liana in this elctoral jungle. BTW is there also an apparent black out on the ‘white powder’ incident on McCain?

Anybody can file a lawsuit on someone for just about anything.
They are waiting to see if it has any legs or falls over to die a quiet death.

I haven't paid that much attention to this .. but part of this lawsuit claims that Obama was not born in Hawaii and think that the birth certificate he produced was not real.
That has been put to rest by FactCheck. The Birth Certificate is real.

The latest Birth Certificate is a real follow-up forgery. It is a new forgery made to match the first forgery. That is what is being reported by other bloggers.
Why do you accept the Annenberg FactChack organization, anyway? Not exactly a neutral party.
You realize that it's only like $20 (iirc) or something for an official certificate -- why doesn't Obama allow ANYONE to order their own copy, or at least present a copy to genuine neutral and trusted party?
