Tonight Micheal Moore was interviewed from a Traverse City, Michigan bowling Alley by CNN's Larry King. Early in the discussion Micheal Moore asserted that there were some people (white) who would not vote for Obama just because he is black.

I don't get to vote for President this primary season. I live in Michigan. The party leaders (both here and in D.C.) couldn't get their act together, and thus our votes will not be counted.

I caught part of the interview. The part I saw Moore stated that Big Oil with all these windfall profits just paid their shareholders back 50%, a few years ago it was 30%, and in 1993 it was 1%. I’m not quite sure what his point was, because I thought a corporation paying it shareholder’s dividends was a good thing. Besides, who does he think these shareholders are? old white dudes? Does he not understand that 401K retirements, and the little old lady down the street are stockholders? That it is average Americans that own stocks, and when we hit these companies with big taxes we not only hurt those shareholders, but they pass the costs onto consumers?Probably not.

In Louisiana, in the previous governors race, they voted for the Democrat Blanco voer Bobby Jindal.

There are some issues that transcend race, this is one of them.

The Republican party has lost the black vote for a long, long time.

Even Hillary (D) had the black vote sewn up. Til she and her surrogates opened their mouths and started a very deliberate campaign to alienate the black vote. Apparently they thought the race care would be enough to put them over the top. It almost was.

I think the (D) barrier is greater than the race barrier at this point in time.

But all of their fine stage craft failed to hide the fact that Michael Moore does not choose to live in a racially diverse neighborhood.

You make some excellent points. Funny how we've been using the term "stage craft" lately to describe all things surrounding the Obamamessiah. Here is yet another example, and CNN was happy to set up and run the entire propaganda piece for Moore.

I could only stand to watch for about 20 minutes, but I would bet that all or most of the questions from viewers directed to Moore were from friends of his, or rehearsed ahead of time so as to stay on message for the Obamamessiah.

LKL isn’t or never will be a program I would like to watch. But during an election cycle I watch the MSM’s ‘big names’ just to be reassured that they are biased.

I sent an email to the program asking why there weren’t any blacks at the bowling alley. They would never have asked Moore that and I knew it.

King never questioned any of Moore’s postions or statements. King was merely lobbing up softballs for Moore to swing at.
