According to the lawsuit, Philip Seaton, 61, went to have a circumcision last October ... Seaton said when he woke up from the procedure, he realized his penis had been amputated. Seaton has ... lost the enjoyment of lifeAge 61 and he still equates enjoyment of life with Mr. Happy. He had better take up a hobby real quick.

Sounds like he’s running into the courtroom half-cocked.

I don’t beleive this situation. A patient signs a consent for surgery which basically states the surgeon can do anything he/she see’s fit for the patient based on what may be found during the procedure.
This is reminicent of airplane crashes-blame all on pilot.
Surgeon uses his authorized discretion-blame all on doctor.

And if you do, do you also remember the SNL take off of the Rabbi who is riding in a Ford on a bumpy road and give a perfect circumcision to an 8 day old baby?
Maybe the shock absorbers need to be replaced.
