That is [also] an occult gesture used in “ritual magick”.
It is a “projective power” gesture in that position.
Done upside down and close to the body, it is “protective”.
It is sometimes called “The Dragon’s Eye”.
I suppose that explains the “why” of it, even if these idiots are consciously unaware of what they are doing.
Whoever decided to promote applying it to Zero is no doubt very aware.
The people who do it are invoking dark occult power, whether they know it or not.
“That one” is evil in its subtlest form and the gesture “feeds” him the power of the crowd.

If McCain supporters came up with a symbol like that or hand salute gesture,the media would scream racism.To a lot of blacks,it’s their right to do this,but if a white person does something like this,it’s klan related.I had a coworker who had a fishhook in his hat,when another coworker[black]started carrying on how it was a racist or white power klan symbol and demanded he take it out.Of course we all laughed at him,but were shocked at the same time that he thought that way.
