No Matter Who The Next President Is, Conservatives Seriously Need To Plan Their Next Moves!

No matter who the next President is and no matter what the total political makeup will be at each and every political level, conservatives throughout the entire U.S. seriously need to plan their next moves for both the short-term and the long-term! Leftists in total control of everything important are a very dangerous bunch, and they really will totally ruin the entire country, possibly forever and with no end in sight! Leftists will probably succeed in ending free speech, appointing federal activist judges with a far-leftist bent, and completely suppressing everyone and everything that's non-leftist on all of the issues! Leftist may even decide to postpone any to all future elections in '10, '12, and beyond with no end in sight while also blaming non-existent Republicans for all of the world's troubles! Illegal immigrants will also help to ruin the entire U.S. and most criminals will be treated favorably by leftist judges and by leftist politicians, no matter how bad these criminals really are. Gay marriage and all other sexual perversions will be allowed to exist in all 50 states as well as in all U.S. territories while all of the U.S. military will be profoundly scaled down. Almost all forms of legal work will be severely punished through profound tax increases and profound "red tape" while living on welfare with whatever crumbs the government gives such people will be rewarded by the leftist government. All forms of success will be profoundly punished by the left unless it involves all "leftist jobs". Sadly, this doesn't even come close to explaining all of the problems that leftist politicians and leftist judges will successfully create throughout the U.S. for the long-term! What are conservatives supposed to do next, despite all of these political roadblocks that will work against conservatives? Have a civil war? Move to other countries and seriously try to successfully bring capitalism to these other countries instead? Something else?

For me, education is something we need to focus on. What are we teaching our kids? They are the ones who will build on the foundations that we set for them. I just wrote an article on my blog called: Election Day: The day philosophy died. It is up to us to revive it. http://thegadfly.typepad.com/the_gadfly/2008/11/election-day-ph.html

Looking forward to watching the wheels come off the democrat wagon in a several months, but they will be long months I fear.

I also have absolute confidence in the fact that many Dem's will look back at this election and call it the beginning of a nightmare.

I plan to laugh a lot......

If McCain loses, it will be because he made the mistake that the MSM would support a moderate Republican. He let himself be misled. If this election proves anything, it is that the MSM will never support a Republican, much less a conservative, and only a true conservative can win and election.

What we need is leadership. That would help immensely.

We need to get people to investigate all the allegations that get made against conservatives and make sure the charges are valid before candidates get flushed.

We need to turn out the vote in every single election - no sitting out

We need to recruit quality candidates and stand by them. They will be viciously attacked because they are conservative.

We need to get people elected to local government and work our way up.

As a group, I believe we need to have people listening to CSpan 1 and 2 every day and FReeping about bills being brought to Congress, who’s on the committee, etc, so that FReepers from those States and interested in those topics can start emailing and snailmailing as soon as we know about the bill.

It’s good to be FReeping but as a huge group, to make a difference, we need to know what’s going on in the halls of Congress and responding to it quickly.

And there are some people HERE who need to consider running for Office . . . local, State and Federal levels.

That’s so true! I’ve been thinking about this for a while. If we manage to dodge this bullet (Hussein) this year, we have to organize to be sure we never get this close to losing America again.

My sister told me that the Constitution provides for only ONE election day, and I think it’s important to spend the next four years getting rid of this “early voting” crap. It exists for the dems only, so they can vote multiple times.

Also perhaps a Constituional amendment to require the counting of all U.S. military ballots, received through election day. It shouldn’t be an arbitrary / capricious decision by some partisan election official.

Then there’s teaching true — not revisionist — American History in school, especially to high-schoolers who’ll be voting soon.

What else?

So, in actuality the MSM are the marketing arm of the DNC.

Their journalists nothing more than ad copy writers, their anchors mere pitchmen.

...worse than Ron Popeil or Chef Tony in that at least those gentlemen are honest about what they do.

Sing that out loud and clear with alternative media sources at the ready and you might be able to turn this this country right side up.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Absolutely correct! We must focus on education.

Marxism is our nation's **most** serious threat. Schools are the Marxists’ most important weapon. The former KGB spy in the following interview agrees; He called it the “demoralization” process.

http://www.bafweb.com/2007/09/26/yuri-bezmenov-les-idiots-utiles-du-socialisme/

So?...What do we do about it?

First of all the government K-12 schools are not broken so they can not be fixed. Government schools are doing **exactly** what they designed to do! They indoctrinate children and make them citizens of the state, and they provide jobs for Democrats.

Conservatives must build private education foundations that would award private vouchers to **conservative** private schools. They could also award grants to **conservative** teachers willing to open one room school houses, homeschool cooperatives, and tutoring centers.

These conservative education foundations could certify the teachers and curriculum and test the students. They should also organize sports to break the back of the government school monopoly on team sports.

Conservatives should never give money to a university or college unless it is in a group grant from a private conservative education foundation. Pool the money and you will get more clout! Insist on **CONSERVATIVE** curriculum and professors. Also conservatives should open new colleges.

You're right. There are other changes too. Mail in ballots, for one. Everyone should volunteer as a poll worker instead of sitting around wondering if it's being done fairly. Above all we have to stop this media propaganda machine. Obama isn't an R or a D...he's a media candidate.

We have some trying times ahead. I too, have been thinking of this in recent weeks.

Prolly, one of the first blows will come on talk radio. (What’s one of the first thing a despot or invader does? ...controls the newspapers, TV and Radio stations. (And they will hit hard on this because they will want Rush, Shawn, et al off the air quickly so there can be no criticism.)

I am assuming News Papers and Television will continue to be in the tank for the invaders. Cancel all newspaper subscriptions.

Next will probably be taxes, while at the same time, changing the books used in government schools.

Then will come the union votes with no secret ballot.

If they are on a roll, they may move on to eliminate Right to Life by summer.

At the same time, they will be working on Socialized Medicine.

If you have NEVER called and written and visited your Congress Critter, be prepared to be in touch with them every possible way you can imagine...and often!

Folks, it ain’t gonna be pretty!!

I wonder where we could find a welcoming free country? (Ireland?)

This country will not be free again in our lifetime. Do this for your children and grandchildren.

“Mail in ballots, for one.”

Absolutely! They’re a very high risk. We’ve voted absentee for a few years using mail-in ballots. The voter’s name and address is required on the envelope. Any unscrupulous, i.e., “Democrat”, election official can easily check for party affiliation when the envelope is received and then... oops... spill coffee on it, shred it, anything, really. Forever more I’ll go to the polling place where my vote will truly be secret.

I think we are getting thugged out in the elections!

First off we need a coordinated effort to fight back with 1) mandatory ID for registering and voting..photo ID
2) registration early on limited closing and none of this crazy ‘register and vote this minute “crap
3) make election polling places up to date, reliABLE AND also certified with bi partisan strict monitoring of the whole process.

If we can’t trust the results of the elections...with phony voting, dead voters, fake registration, etc it is ALWAYs too late after Nov 4. we can’t wait for our “election officals “ to sit on thei fat as**es for years and then not get it together and let someone like Brunner in Oh railroad Nov 4.

We also need to call out the Christians who voted for Obama (31% evangelicals???what?) on thier ignoring chrisitan values!

The MSM swung this election to 0bama.

1) I think we need a single large nationwide organization which will be able to call and mobilize boycotts of millions of people against every single sponsor of MSM TV, which is where all the sheeple get their "ideas." Quit this wishful thinking that internet media will save us. If there are still any conservatives with big money, why the hell don't they buy or build a TV network?

2) I don't care how sentimental you are about your alma mater. It's almost certainly a Marxist indoctrination center today. Don't give them a penny, and tell them why. Don't send your kids there, and tell them why.

Exactly. We have to get in the media’s face. They all have affiliates in cities near all of us. Those affiliates live and survive there. THEY have influence on those networks.
They will have to report local protests.

And then we should just buy the New York Times. :<)
ALL THE NEWS THAT’S FIT TO PRINT

Right now CBS is saying McCain is losing because of Sarah Palin. They’re not done trying to destroy her. They call it the ‘Palin’ effect!

Did I tell you I hate the media?

I will not accept an Obama presidency for a myriad of reasons already stated.

Next move will need to be to have our representatives ride the new administration hard for every screw up.

What we can’t have is them reaching across the aisle and making nice and the Democrats are going to be trying hard to win our love and cooperation so THEY can have a successful presidency.

Only one problem with that - they spent the last 8 years doing all they could to tear down this president at one of the worst times in history. And we are to reward them with friendship?

Don’t think so. Watch for all the suckups on our side starting with McCain if he loses this thing telling us to go “work together” and all that crap. Telling us to go work with the Communists so they can further their agenda.

Obama will be working it hard, trying to get us to come over to his side and support him.

If we had a way to do a run on the system, to do a rush on free Socialism hand out philosophy and pressure the government to give us free everything, while only working at the minimal tax bracket for a year or two - it would collapse the system.

Their system of keeping the producers in slavery to the state while the takers sit around and enjoy the fruits of our labors - only works as long as we agree to simply do it.

What if all the producers simply refused to produce anymore and demanded they take care of us? Push them and push the Marxist model to perform as promised, or fail hard. Soup and bread lines and the whole nine yards showing the joys of Socialism.

That would once and for all show the fallacy of the Marxist model and collapse it from the get go as it tries to take over America. Take away the incentive for producers to produce - and they quit producing.

They can’t fund Socialism - if we don’t provide the money.

So rush the system, amplify it and overwhelm it.

Wonder if it might work. We could push this thing into a train wreck - if we had the leadership to do it.

Obama will face serious hell and the wheels will fall off after the first 100 days or so.

Too many people still don’t know about the full calibur of problems that conservatives face. The ongoing political bias in the entire MSM is worldwide and not just from within the U.S., and the ongoing political indoctrination in schools at every level is also worldwide and not just from within the U.S. The ongoing overall problem is “worldwide political correctness” on all of the issues and worldwide “dumbing down” of people of all ages as well as the ongoing and worldwide “dumbing down” of tests every year. It really doesn’t help to just try to change the MSM from within the U.S. and change schools from within just the U.S. when all of political correctness is a much bigger issue that continues to involve all issues throughout the entire world. Using some leftist symbolism: If all worldwide political correctness is an entire tree, then the worldwide politically biased MSM is one of the branches, and the politically biased MSM throughout the U.S. is even a smaller branch. Worldwide political indoctrination in schools at all levels is another branch with all separate countries of the world being smaller branches. All of worldwide political correctness is its own cult by those who fully practice political correctness to the best of abilities. All of political correctness and all “dumbing down” of the world’s people and tests continue to get worse for everybody everyday.

Much of what you suggest may well happen, particularly the part about the producers quitting. No one with an ounce of sense is going to keep busting his/her butt when the gubmint takes ever more of the fruits of their labor. The law of diminishing returns won’t be repealed because the Messiah is elected.
In addition to the internal strife I see from Democrats attempting to steamroller all opposition to their regime, we still have external enemies eager to pounce on any opportunity provided by weak-kneed American leaders.
Unless there is some miraculous change in Democratic attitudes, America as we knew it will cease to exist.
We will be more divided than ever, at precisely the time we can least afford it. There’s tough times ahead. Count on it.

“CBS is saying McCain is losing because of Sarah Palin.”

I’m more afraid that McCain’s people will say that Sarah brought them down. Some guy on Fox said he asked McCain (or someone on his staff) if Sarah had been a drag on the ticket, and the response was something like, “We’ll see af the end of the night.” To me, it sounded like if he didn’t win, she’d have been the reason. I’ll be pissed if that happens; she only helped him.
