A little bitterness? Nope, just a statement of fact. It’s Okay to acknowledge it. Of course, there is French, Native American and English in my background also. So depending on how bad it gets under the Obamanation, I will certainly look at excercising all expatriate options:}

All points taken. I never delved too deeply into any particular suggestion. I do believe in law and order as you bring out about point two. I’m for the government prosecuting these folks to the full extent of the law.

My concern is purely political. How does the right get back at least the 40 percent Bush pulled in 2004? I we are to be complete purist that’s not an issue with me-—we must simply be ready to go into every election cycle discounting the Hispanic block.

2010 will be our first opportunity to see in the GOP can regain some of that support or if there’s a permanent rift.

Heh... you're right about that. But, you'll find that most folks around here are pretty level-headed, and not given to tantrums or outbursts. Nearly every conservative forum is like that.
