“You are just rooting for Bush to have further historical bad news...Thanks for nothing.”

Huh? You should post while drunk. Take a nap or something, you make no sense...

You don’t. You are praising a supposed Obama failure at the Stock Market when it is still Bush’s stock market. Obviously you don’t follow politics because they compare numbers of presidential terms. Also you have no idea what my FREEPER name means (not surprising) so stop joking about it. This is a serious website.

I have less idea about what you are talking about than you do, if such a thing is possible. Leave me alone. Go away. Be srious with someone else.

Just trying to give you an education. I did not go to an elitist university as you did...sorry I am just an average “joe” American. Sorry to ruffle your feathers. Just thought we both could learn from each other. My mistake.

Will the Republicans let us down? Go look in the tall grass where they're hiding to ask them.

Don’t need one. Got one. Thanks. Now, please, go away...

“It stands in stark contrast to the generation before them who withstood a great depression and fought in WWII and Korea.”

You obviously missed this in your history class. It was called Vietnam. We had to grow up at 18. When will you grow up?

I have an older friend who would never vote for anyone but a democrat. I know that for the next four years everything is going to be Bush’s fault. After O is re-elected he won’t be able to say that.

This isn’t corporate welfare. It’s union welfare.

Say whatever you want but it wasn’t my generation that pushed for the legalization of abortion, indoctrination in schools, began the support for the “America last” view, and countless other problems. All I know is my generation is forced to pay for the older generation’s choices. I feel like the greatest generation did the opposite and thought about the future before themselves, unlike most of the baby boomers.

My point though is that the corporations get the $$$ in this bail out, not the unions. Granted, the only reason they need the $$ to begin with is excessive regulation and the unions.

I should clarify; I commend those who fought in Vietnam beyond belief. Unfortunately, what I largely see as coming from that conflict are the massive student protests and everything else that has led to the kooky hippie anti-war protestors who still lead todays movement against any and every US military action. That is why you can’t say every baby boomer fit the mold I stated because honestly, a lot didn’t. But most were the hippie flower-child no responsibility people who we are still suffering the effects of (just look at how Obama is our president now).

Further, a lot of people credit the generation with the civil rights movement but in reality much of it was in place and accomplished while the boomers were too young to do much if anything about it.

I agree with you. You're getting screwed. But you need to understand that most of us here have been fighting all the government waste and passing on the debt to your generation. We're the good guys.

If you don't want to be stuck with the bill for Democrat policies your best effort would be to get your generation to vote for fiscal conservatives. You can't damn an entire generation for what the Democrats and Rinos are doing.

Freepers are the good guys. I agree that your generation may get seriously screwed if we can't somehow change the way we're headed.

I agree. I really appreciate what you guys are doing... Too bad most of the generation is running in the opposite direction.
