The National Socialist Workers Party of Germany, otherwise known as the Nazi Party, was indeed socialist, and it had a lot in common with the modern left. Hitler preached class warfare, agitating the working class to resist “exploitation” by capitalists — particularly Jewish capitalists, of course. Their program called for the nationalization of education, health care, transportation, and other major industries. They instituted and vigorously enforced a strict gun control regimen. They encouraged pornography, illegitimacy, and abortion, and they denounced Christians as right-wing fanatics. Yet a popular myth persists that the Nazis themselves were right-wing extremists. This insidious lie biases the entire political landscape, and the time has come to expose it.

I don’t think abortion, except for undesireables, was a Nazi thing. Women were to be the mothers of the Reich and motherhood was such a calling tht during the war Hitler would not emulate America’s Rosie the Riveter scenario because he thought it a violation of the role of German women.

The difference between the systems, wrote Mises, is that the German pattern “maintains private ownership of the means of production and keeps the appearance of ordinary prices, wages, and markets.” But in fact the government directs production decisions, curbs entrepreneurship and the labor market, and determines wages and interest rates by central authority. “Market exchange,” says Mises, “is only a sham.”
I think that you are right on the abortion angle. Later Hitler would encourage German women to have children. In fact, he even went so far as to say that it was their duty.
Abortion for purity of the German bloodline.
Exactly - abortion was promoted and enforced for everyone valued as "lives not worth living."
I pray that this nation have the will not to get “used to it”, but rather to take arms against it.

At one time I believed that we would have fought.
Now I do not think that we will.
The demographics of the United States have changed drastically over the last few years. We are more degenerate as a Nation than we have ever ben before.
The majority of people now would rather sell their soul to the government freebies than live self sustaining lives.
The election of 2008 bears this out.
Even most of the politicians think along the old saw of the Nazis being “right-wingers”. They can’t learn.
But what did Margaret Sanger think of abortion? She thought it a barbaric procedures and should not be used -- even on black babies(whose would be parents should get contraceptives to limit the population of what she thought were inferiors).
Weren’t the Goldwaters great admirers of Margaret Sanger, who also had ties to AZ?
It’s all about race. Even though Soviets/Russians hated Jews too.
