I’m crazy about The Fearless Vampire Killers. I can watch it over and over.

I don’t think I have ever heard of a super hero before Buffy who had to figure out how to get a job, pay utility bills and fix the rusty plumbing in the basement.

Oh that full copper repipe! If only she had said "Tibor, just do a cheap fix-up that'll last a couple of years"

The furniture, door framing and the window treatments ate the budget. I’m shocked the plumbing lasted through all the Potentials living there.

Vlad the Impaler also had a creative way to deal with the homeless/pauper problem in Transylvania. I prefer the way he used his methods on the Ottomans, however.

Actually Vlad Tepes never reigned in Transylvania :) And it was the thieves and crooks whom he punished, stories tell about gold cups found at public fountains to be used by anyone who was thirsty and never stolen because the punishment was fierce... and just. He was beloved by his people despite his way of handing out justice but then I don't recall the French or the Brits being any less violent in the 15th century. Besides, most of his punishment was geared towards the Ottoman expansionism.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer number 4...that pretty much eliminates any credibility for this list.

I find it telling that the "underdogs" being cheered in this latest reincarnation are the spawn of godlessness, soulless nightwalkers who only survive by stealing the life from others.

It seems appropriate for a generation of sniveling malcontents who see themselves as put upon by the rigors of life.

I see your Blackula and raise you Love at First Bite. Vampire satire with the vampire played by the most tanned man alive (George Hamilton), brilliant.

But the Buffy movie was the reason for the TV show, and later Angel, so if it wasn’t good itself, it had quality results. I think it’s the author’s way of putting the TV shows on the list even though they aren’t movies cause there aren’t enough vampire TV shows to make a ‘top 15’ list.

I’d like to see a movie made from Sunshine by Robin McKinley. It’s a really interesting take on vampires that doesn’t make them into fairies with special dietary needs *cough*Twilight*cough* or otherwise destroy the classic vampire concept.

As far as Twilight goes... at least it didn’t make this list. Now THAT would really eliminate all credibility.

You think Anne Rice is a happy person? Just look at her!

She always seemed happy as far as I could tell (read all her books - not lit, but definitely guilty pleasure!) - except after her husband passed away. I've heard she's become a Christian in recent years.

Doesn’t Leslie Nielson’s “Dracula, Dead and Loving It,” get an honorable mention?

Vampire movies are dark and moronic ...Don’t indulge in them. They are for retards and this can be confirmed by checking out the demographic they are aimed at

Ahhhhh, you're a "Werewolf Man!" I can always pick out a guy with a Werewolf fetish. They tend to end sentences with prepositions.
