LAS VEGAS Brock Lesnar won the Ultimate Fighting Championships heavyweight title in stunning fashion on Saturday at UFC 91 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena, forcing a referee stoppage of legendary champion Randy Couture at 3:07 of the second round.
Lesnar, the former NCAA wrestling champion who became a superstar in World Wrestling Entertainment, vindicated himself as a mixed martial artist by defeating one of the sports greatest fighters.

Father time has caught up with Chuck. Plus the fighters are just getting better.

Yes she was there for the event.
You may be right, thank you.
Don’t get too follow the M-1 and Affliction bouts that much.
Regardless, memories of Fedor when he was with Pride stand out for me.
Lexnar, the guy is a monster, no doubt about it. Seems very pleasant as well. Humility?? I haven’t seen that much of him too understand his character.

I know. I just saw him in one of his other matches and it seemed like he just sprawled on the guy!
After the fight Couture said his hands were just huge, like hamhocks!

Liddell is not a HW.
His name is Brock Lesnar, and yes, he is a nice guy, but put him in a cage with his back to the wall and he will give you your money’s worth of entertainment. Brock is a farm kid from North Dakota.
I’m very glad to hear that. Please excuse my poor spelling of his name (Lesnar). You are right regarding his talent. What little I’ve seen of him so far is very impressive. Go North Dakota.
