Search in the FR seach box using the search term “html sandbox” and you will be happy.

What’s the code I need to cut and paste?

Highlight the posted graphic, right click it and select "View Selection Source." That's what you paste into your webpage. Of course, that's if you are using Firefox. If not, you'll have to find that collection of html code in the source for the whole page.
