As to his medical records, I know, it is suspicious that he failed to release them.
Unfortunately, there is nothing in the Constitution that demands their release.
Furthermore, the voters obviously didn't care about whether he released them, so that train has left the station. There's no reason for him to release them now, and if the voters elected him in 2008 without looking at his medical records, they aren't going to demand them in 2012.
That's why carping on the medical records is a waste of time, unless you enjoy tilting at windmills.

I think you are right. I also think he will be asked to produce the birth certiifcate. If he doesn’t produce his medical records, you can bet in 2012 the Republicans will scream from the rooftops and demand them.
You eloquently lay out the ominous TRUTH. Those of us who do not believe the doublespeak, will tread carefully, effectively and with a confident srtide as we position ourselves for the counter-thrust.
I’m not comfortable at all with courts making up new laws as they go. That’s the function of the Legislative branch.

A lot of the colonies (in their charters) had requirements for representatives in their legislatures.
Take for example, Connecticut, where a colonial representative had to own land ... Anyone could check whether or not a representative was qualified by checking land records with the local courthouse.
It has only been in the past twenty years or so when birth certificates (which BTW ARE public documents) have been considered “private” ... presumably because of the possibility of identity theft.
Hussein, himself, has said his own books are full of fiction, lies actually since he doesn't identify the autobiographies as fiction. Of course, the Obammunist only said that after he became a scrutinized candidate.
And, after all is said and done, why doesn't Osama release his cirtified birth certificate which he claims is locked away?

Did they ever go through a marriage ceremony, as bigamous and illegal as that would have, or not have, been? Did they actually ever live together? Anybody got any foreign travel records for The Obamamama? When was she in Kenya? We know she was there, but we don't know when.

For the many Freepers and others who, prior to the election, said that Jr was toying with people and preserving the long form birth certificate to display after the election, the rest of us are still waiting for that “Gotcha!” moment. For those who have devoted time to researching we know there is something there but at the moment we can only speculate what it is. Examining the myriad of lies in Jr’s book we know if it was anyone else falsely claiming something is non fiction when in reality it is nothing but a work of fiction, a fairytale, it is extremely worrisome that leaders of foreign countries now have the ability to blackmail Jr. If truth is such a fleeting event in a life how could anyone trust that person?
