There is no proof that Stanley and BHO, Sr. were ever actually married. To me, the fact that the former Mr. Soetoro may well be in fact, a bastard, helps his claim to citizenship. His mother was an American, and there was no official father.
And now for anor wrinkle: if there were actually a marriage between young Stanley and BHO, Sr. .,... it might actually be valid under British Law, which at the time allowed Christian and civil matrimony to supercede "Tribal Märriages." However, there just ain't no paperwork to support the event.
This would make two Democrat Presidents in a row who are bastards, although Bill's Ma was conveniently married to a dead guy, who was also already inconveniently married in another jurisdiction.

There are plenty of challanges. The problem is that there is no court that is willing to let a suit go forward.
This appears to be new information....will it make a difference? Probably not.
If you and I are in a room, and I say, "Shut the door." ... Do I Really have to say, "Yo, cc2k ... yeah ... you ... shut the door" ... ?
I'm not an English major, but there is some sort of implied understanding about situations and statements like that.
So too .. if one vies for a position that has requirements, it should be understood that those requirements have been met.
The empirical knowledge of I mean you, when I say "shut the door" is that you are the only one in the room with me.
Zero is the only one in that presidential position, and it was assumed he had met the requirements ... until someone asked .. "Yeah, hath he met?"
Which is where we are now.
What has been proffered appears to be no validation of having met the requirements and subsequently, more investigation is demanded.
Unfortunately, all we're getting is, "Yeah, I hath said" ... being no empirical truth that zero has met the requirement.

I didn’t save the links, but I read articles that interviewed her friends in Seattle. She went there when Barack was a tiny baby and enrolled for what would now be called distant learning courses. Later, she moved to Seattle for a bit...after the dad abandoned them.
A sad story, that says volumes about her bad judgment. She also was having sex with the dad within a few weeks of meeting him - kinda rare in 1960.

One of the great gripes on these threads is that truthers have no proof that BO is lying about his Hawaii birth.
A visual timeline going backwards would have numerous holes but it may isolate a time range where BO and Ann D. were physically in a location for birth to take place.
The timeline would include dates of COLB postings/revisions etc.
A visual timeline going forward from an initial known Ann D. location is probably more instructive but without the original BC, location at birth is still questionable.
I personally have a hard time following the convoluted obama trail but I’d be glad to help research this if someone has graphically put together something to start with. I think this is one reason so many call this eligibility issue BS - cause there is no simplistic way to
convey the inconsistencies in a sound bite.
One good visual would work wonders.
