Is it me or are the crowds in Times Square mighty thin this year? The announcer said there were over a million in attendance, but it doesn't look like it. I could drive a semi through the gaps in the barricades separating groups of people.

Well, I was adopted by a Mom and Dad back when they didn't know what they were going to get (a boy or a girl). I am so thankful that my birth-mother didn't have me murdered. There is a saying that needs to be repeated. Adoption is when a baby move from one Mommies tummy to another Mommies heart. Don't be sad. Fight the evil.

It’s hard not to be sad. I wake up so many mornings and see the sun come up here in the east and can’t help but think of all the babies who will be killed before the sun goes down. This insanity has to stop. Every expecting mother in this world knows that is a little baby inside her. And you do not kill little babies.

I'm safe, sound and warm inside my house watching the Twilight Zone marathon (Inger Stevens is in trouble at the moment) with my hubby. After this we'll watch the new-ish Godzilla movie....
