Actually the fact that people cared back then as to whether or not a candidate for Presient was actually born here or not is a good thing and not an ‘incovienant truth’. Still is a good thing today as well. I applaud the peoplewho are trying to get to the truth on the ‘natural born’ issue as well as the ‘born in Kenya’ issue.
So, how did Arthur get to be President in violation of the Constitution — and what kind of problems did he have with the bills that he signed??
