Apparently, Obama’s presidency will outlive WWRC-AM’s “Obama 1260.” Red Zebra Broadcasting is pulling the plug on the liberal talk format, featuring Stephanie Miller, Lionel, and Rachel Maddow, and go alll-business news starting next week. WWRC PD Greg Tantum tells the Washington Post the reason is the “ratings collapsed to a level that could not be measured after the election.” The lone survivor of “Obama 1260” will be liberal talker Ed Schultz, who will move to Red Zebra conservative talk sister-station WTNT-AM (570). FYI – prior to March, 2003 when WWRC was owned by Clear Channel, they had a business news format that did not do too well in the ratings.
“For how long will the free market be allowed to determine what’s on the radio? Up the People!”
Why would I listen to hate America radio when we have the AP and CNN to demoralize us?
And this in a city that is probably 95 per cent moonbat...
how could it not do well there?
Many people found themselves asking the same question.
Thus the ratings too low to be measured!

Even the great Lionel could not save Obama 1260, as the only “progressive” station in the Washington DC area is shutting down (link). Formerly yclept WWRC, the station was renamed after the Leader but even that couldn’t save it from a ratings disaster. Those ratings collapsed to a level so low it couldn’t be measured.
In fact, not even the combined mega-talents of Bill Press, Stephanie Miller, Ed Schultz, Lionel, Rachel Maddow, Ron Reagan, and Richard Greene could save the valiant “liberals” fighting against the entire DC power structure’s Right Wing Ways.
Meanwhile, ratings went the exact other way at WTNT and doubled, a conservative talk station owned by the same consortium (including Redskins owner Dan Snyder). In an apparent attempt at self-inflicting a wound, Obama1260’s program director is going to move Ed Schultz to WTNT.

Ed Schultz is pretty watered down I think. I listened to him once for about a minute. He is more of a populist I think like bloviator O’Reilly.
Lionel I think had a decent following until he became pretty liberal.
These liberal, a$$clown talk show hosts can’t survive on radio. Any level-headed conservative can call in on the air and take these bozos to task on any political subject: win and make them sound like dorks. The only lib media people that get away with their BS are editorial writers. You can’t respond.
B. Hussein will do what’s necessary though and force them on us.
The free market speaks again. Too bad liberals don’t listen well.
They do listen ( although not to the shows they want us to be forced to listen to ) which is why they want to shut down the free market.
Isn’t Ed Schultz that liberal girlyman who ran away from FOX and Friends a couple months back when he couldn’t take anymore heat from Brian? LOL!!! What a wimp!

Obama Radio: People wanted to CHANGE the station when they heard it. Now they’re going to CHANGE the format.
