EWING — Despite the less-than-favorable conditions, more 1,000 students, parents and curious citizens endured an almost two-hour-long wait in line to hear Ann Coulter speak at The College of New Jersey last night.
As the precipitation steadily turned into a wintry mix, the shouts of student protesters permeated the night sky — “Two, Four, Six, Eight! We won’t tolerate this hate!”
For those not familiar with her work, Coulter has become infamous for her radically conservative views and shockingly explicit sound bites concerning issues of race, gender and, of course, hatred of liberals.
She is one of those polarizing personalities that evokes emotion from both sides of the political spectrum, and has made a successful career doing it, with seven books on the New York Times’ best-seller List.

Coulter reacted with tacit satisfaction, calmly took a sip from her Diet Coke and said, “I guess they’re off to the global warming conference.”
We need people like Coulter who can throw it right back in their faces.

She has made a half dozen or so imtemperaten remarks over
the years, probably to make a point that couldn’t be registered otherwise, but , jeesus, one wonders how these pantywaists would have taken the rapier wit of H.L. Mencken,just to name someone off the top of my head, if he’d lived in the TV/Internet age????

A similar thing could have happened in the 30’s in Germany, and would have been titled “Jew insults Nazis”.

Go, Ann! Great observation about the LibTards who walked out. I’ll take a bit of solace in knowing that they got their butts dampened by mother nature, too. Maybe they’ll all come down with the flu and the next protest will have to be postponed.
