Oscar-nominated actors are the most dignified members of our species. They play the serious roles that inspire us and hold a special place of reverence in our culture.

But not in Japan. In a country where demoralization is the national pastime, our revered actors, Academy Award nominees and winners both, sell their own dignity for a paycheck because they assume we Americans will never see it.

But thanks to the Internet, we can celebrate their shame any time we want.

OMG! I absolutely love those now legendary “japanese ads!”

For seeing our celebs make absolute asses of themselves on camera the japanese ads are far better than anything the stalkerazzi could come up with.

That’s why the celebs usually have all manner of contractual clauses forbidding the ads be played outside of Japan.

This line cracked me up. How long has it been since Hollywood produced a "dignified" actor? They are few and far between.

The pizza slice is not angry it’s shocked that the toppings ignored him after saying “Thank you Friends!” but that’s not what’s funny on the commercial.

Look at the toppings. Spicy chicken has a bomb for it’s head. the onion is Hitler, etc. You have to watch it a few times.

And the song is addictive. My kids sing it all the time. (okay we’re weird).
