Why would they even produce a memo of the winners. The only person who needs to know the winners is whoever puts the names in the envelopes.

Too bad Mickey didn’t win. It would have been great to have him win. Sean Penn didn’t deserve that best actor award.
Of the actors in that generation I would rate Phil Hoffman at or near the top.
OK, OK - yes, I will not see it and I grant you, it may have some small value but after watching some clips during last night’s Oscars, watching two guys swap spit isn’t my idea of value - yeah, I know it goes on and you could say my opinion isn’t very sophisticated but I could get the “message” of the stupid movie without all the extra-curricular activity. MHO...
I couldn’t agree more. I absolutely love Phillip Seymour Hoffman and think he’s the ultimate actor.
It is a study in how gay activism came to power in America, and my impression is that it would have gotten along much further if it had not been for HIV/AIDS. Just from that perspective, it is worth seeing. But I don't blame any straight guy for looking away during the "icky" scenes!
