Just listening to CNN online and heard Rick Sanchez interview this Media Matters guy and made no mention of MM's affiliations or slant, just that he works for "a media fact check group". I wanted to barf.
It's to be expected coming from CNN, but here's the real shocker: they picked apart a Republican congressman's response (forgot his name) to a question. Sanchez asked him about spending and earmarks under the Bush Administration and why he's making a big fuss now instead of back then. The congressman rattled off several bills that Bush supported that he fought Bush on. Enter Eric Burns to "analyze" the response.
So, Mr. Objective, Eric Burns, weighed in and said while all of that was true, this congressman voted for all the Bush tax cuts and voted to make them permanent (HOLY CRAP, NO WAY!!!!) I only wish they had a real fact checker on to explain to Eric the difference between tax cuts and earmarks.
PRAVDA ...
I SAW THAT TOO!!! IT WAS THE MOST INFURIATING 2 MINUTES OF TELEVISION I HAVE EVER SEEN.
I’m not going to bother recounting what happened— only that if you haven’t seen it— be glad. As my blood pressure is 20 points higher after having seen it.
Rick Sanchez murdered a man, how the hell is this guy not in prison
Only the truly ignorant are fooled by the shenanigans of Rick Sanchez of CNN.
Liberal Rick Sanchez is trying to steal the remaining 22 viewers from MSDNC.
There is no "fact" in this "fact checking" group.
Wow, what happened?

Sanchez had a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent. In Florida, a driver with a blood alcohol level of 0.10 is considered intoxicated. “I’m totally, totally taken by surprise by this,” Sanchez, an anchorman for WSVN-Channel 7, said late Monday. “As...
