Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.

Beijing, China -- Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's con More..tinued purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!

The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.

This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.

Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt.

This is an unimaginable betrayal of every man, woman and child in the USA. An outrage worthy of violent overthrow.

I am endeavoring to obtain images or copies of the actual document but in the interim, several different sources both in the US and in China have CONFIRMED this to me.

To them, the thought of taking orders from a Communist commisar is probably a wet dream.

“It is apparent, however, that Hillary offered them something to take on our debt. What else do we have to offer? China is not going to bail us out without getting more than they deserve. SOP”

For the love of god, people, please research this topic. Not on Sinophile sites or Sinoscare sites. Google some monetary econ blogs and read a little bit. China doesn’t need to be “offered something” to keep “taking on” our debt, China buys our debt because it has to for many reasons, all of which relate to its own economic survival.

Repeating, China buys our debt for the same reason it has ALWAYS bought our debt and will continue to buy our debt at varying levels - because it NEEDS to.

It is not complicated to understand this.

You may have to wait a long time, even if it’s true. This admin. can hide birth certificates, school transcripts, theses, and close relatives for indefinite periods of time.

I think hiding something like this would be even more difficult...at least I would hope.

Why wouldn’t this be true? The SCOTUS already said it was ok to take land so someone else could make more money from it(Kelo). If China, or anyone else bought our debt, what other collateral would they have? Our worthless money?

The sad thing is that many people would believe this or not be surprised if it turns out to be true. I don’t believe it now, but I wouldn’t be surprised.

Time for affirming your state’s rights in your state legislature. Be prepared to back it up.

Also, buy more ammo.

So the day will come when Wun-hung-lo comes to my door and orders me from “his” house? My internal “caca grande” meter is buzzing like hell. Not that I would put it past der Fuhrer, but I think that this would be the type of news even his wholly owned and operated MSM couldn’t keep quiet. And woe to him and his brownshirts if it should get out and be proven. Nope. Don’t buy it. But then I was wrong about the Jets/Colts Super Bowl too!

I heard a guy on Coast to Coast AM talking about this.
He said the Chinese have troops stationed in Canada ready to take over in case of default. I will try to find the show so I can give you his name.

Legally, Congress would have to ratify such an agreement.

There is no such authority in Congress--and certainly not in the Administration. Not only is there no authority for such a taking, it would be specifically prohibited by the Fifth Amendment.

WHAT!???!!!!!

Omigosh, I HOPE this is not true, but I wouldn’t put ANYTHING past this idiot! He has done more to take a wrecking ball to our economy, and the country in general, in less than two months, than just about anyone else I can think of.

Remember, this is a leak. So we don't know if true.

It's bullshit, plain and simple. The conditions of ownership of US debt are clearly outlined: backed by the full faith and credit of the US government.

People have too too much time on their hands.

and there's the problem. It wouldn't really surprise me, and that says a terrifying amount about our elected officials.
