USDOJ: Office of Solicitor General AND SCOTUS!
Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. just received a phone call from Karen Thornton at the Department of Justice. She stated that all of Orly's documents and filings have been forwarded to the Office of Solicitor General, Elena Kagan. That includes all three Dossiers, the Quo Warranto Easterling v. Obama aka Soetoro. Please show your support that we want these matters and investigations looked into immediately, 202-514-2203.
Coincidently, after Dr. Taitz called me with that update, she received another call from Officer Giaccino at the Supreme Court. Officer Giaccino stated both pleadings have been received and being analyzed now. Also, Justice Roberts must be back because the Officer also stated that all the documents that were given to Chief Justice Roberts at Iowan University are now at the Supreme Court and are also being analyzed. We will be notified tomorrow after 1:00pm EST as to whether they will be on the docket at the Supreme Court.

I won’t get in the way of anyone who wants to move this forward either! I was just saying that it is unlikely that Kagan will be on our side here. It just seems like Obama has his cronies everywhere and that they are continuing to jerk us around.
I admire the work that Dr. Taitz is doing and I hope that I am wrong about Kagan.
I am not being a defeatist and I will never give up until this issue is resolved.
I do not want to get my hopes up on Kagan doing anything because she has ties to Obama.
On the positive side, I am sure that Dr. Taitz is not just sitting around waiting for them to help us. She has shown time and again that she will find multiple ways to expose Obama’s lack of natural-born status.
I DO remain optimistic that Obama will eventually be exposed as the fraud that he is.

Can someone please explain to me what sets this case apart from the others that have been summarily dismissed by SCOTUS?

None of those cases were heard. It was an internet show with the external docket showing one thing while the internal docket showed otherwise.

You are correct. She is meeting with Senator Kyl this afternoon.
But this one may not be heard, either, correct? Just because there is confirmation they have recived the filings, does not mean the court will hear it.
Joe’s son had Larry Sinclair in lockup for a spell in Delemare. Perhaps Larry was scared enought o offer a few leads for further dope on Obozo. But that would have been swept by now, with Obozo’s ‘retired’ CIA men.

The odds are pretty good that our military intel guys/gals know the bottom line on Barry’s birthing situation. There would be no way that SECDEF Gates would have stayed on if there wasn’t prior knowledge of Oboz0’s birthing situation.

This should be expected. Why? Because the S.G. would represent Barry from the Govt's perspective, if the case where to be heard at SCOTUS. Of course, he would have his team of personal lawyers as well.
So after the docs where subbmited to the DOJ, Dr Taitz's office was informed (apparently) that the docs were forwarded to the S.G.
