Thats a pretty cool looking bird
Yeah, but you know that white is going to be hard to keep clean.

Wish we had them in Texas. Really a pretty bird!
I thought only mammals give birth? Birds hatch.
Looks like Chris Dodd
Will have to stay out in more showers!
Cute bird. I hope the little squirt does well. Birth is the beginning. One of my favorite books as a kid was Birth of an Island that had pictures of the volcanic stuff coming up out of the ocean. The Birth of a Nation is an interesting movie. You can give birth to an idea or a social movement or a new quirk.

I didn’t read the full article, to keep clean?
I like the crested birds, lots of Cardinals here. Some Bluejays.
Beautiful! Never have seen those before, but I’ll take a photo if one happens by! Thanks for the pix.
None of those in this swamp!
A nice bird out front here yesterday
Lol, remember Encyclopedias that we paid a lot of money for?
It was blue-gray
That’s all I can tell you!

Lol, vivid description for a person who works with graphics!! Bet it had beady eyes!
That’s a male bird they have there. Now they need a female one so the male one constructs a nest so she can sit on some eggs. He could find other other female birds to nest with if he doesn’t get what he wants.
It had bird-like eyes.....
Ok, I’ll quit teasing - but I could think of more things..
Where you are is not where I am. There are seagulls that land 10 miles inland here over a mountain and the act like they run the show. They scare cats and dogs and every other bird off. And run the dumpster food chain while here. But not me.
One fat seagull had it's landing gear down and was heading straight for my windshield. I made a big noise with a horn. They are fatter than they should be.
Canadian geese are the problemo here - They love the Cherry trees too
Seagulls hang around downtown
I recall one flying in an open 4th floor window......

I don’t recall you telling me that. Well, it gave you a taste of the ‘seaside’ anyway!
I have a fig tree and loquat tree. The birds and squirrels love the figs.
At least it was not an Albatross!
Get some Cherry trees - and let the birds repaint your house!
I like condors. Their wing span is 6-8 feet and they make big noise as a warning from 600 feet up. Find a picture. They live as high up the hills as they can. Nice looking birds. You can't get a big breakfast egg from them without problems.
Yikes, I forgot about my huge Mulberry tree! They stain everything. I can remember when my kids were small, watching they didn’t walk in them and track it inside.
It would stain their clothes too.
Spring break for birds gone wild? If Canadian geese are hanging around with seagulls, then we have a gang problem. They became to lazy to catch fish.
For a tiny zoo, Syracuse has a pretty successful breeding program.
