South Park creators given signed photo of Saddam Hussein

Matt Stone and Trey Parker, the creators of South Park, were given a signed photo of Saddam Hussein by US marines after the former Iraqi leader was shown their movie in prison.

During his captivity, US marines forced Saddam, who was executed in 2006, to repeatedly watch the move South Park: Bigger, Longer And Uncut, which shows him as gay, as well as the boyfriend of Satan. He was also regularly depicted in a similar manner during the TV series.

The admission comes with the show's 13th season already running in the US. It will celebrate its 12th anniversary later this year.

The show, which satirises a wide range of topics, including religion, sexuality and mental illness, has won a number of awards including three Emmys for Outstanding Animated Programme.

Recent episodes have seen Barack Obama using his Presidential victory as a way to steal jewels from Washington in an Oceans 11-style heist.

The conservative creator of 24’ also gave the South park duo a mock time bomb and there were pics on their website about their staff running around with it.

"I have it on pretty good information from the marines on detail in Iraq that they showed Saddam the movie.

"Over and over again – which is a pretty funny thought.

What? And 0dumbass didn't grovel and apologize for this bit of American style torture and arrogance while in Iraq on his recent photo-op.

I'm sure Comrade 0bama can find something from this story to use in one of his anti-American bashes while overseas.

That was one of the "suitcase nuke" props that figured prominently in a previous season of '24'.

South Park did a very funny parody of '24', which inspired the gift. I can't say much more about the episode (which prominently featured Hillary Clinton ) without getting banned.

I'll simply point to the Wikipedia entry: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Snuke.

Well, yes, actually I am. But so was Saddam apparently. That was his method of murder, except Saddam liked to keep them alive and feet first was so they didn’t die until almost through.

That whole movie was quietly hilarious.

South Park pregame show, sponsored by KY and Satan.....

Saddam at least got a good laugh before they hanged him. He was a secular dictator, big fan of American movies, kept the radical islamofascists in line and the trains were always on time. I hope he had a sense of humor. It is interesting to know he saw those episodes. Wonder what he thought.

I just had another thought (happens once in a while)....

If Saddam didn’t like it, doesn’t forcing him to watch his depiction in South Park episodes violate the Geneva Convention rules against cruel and unusual punishment?

How would you or I feel if the Marines forced you to watch every episode of Will and Grace?

Death would be welcome.

The boys get sent to Costa Rica by Mr. Mackey to sing in the kids choir “Getting Gay with Kids”. While there, the group gets lost in the jungle. Jennifer Aniston is hilarious as the choir teacher.

Love hearing the greenies mocked in this episode.

Barack got a smile on this trip about having it pointed out that Hussein is the name of Mohammed’s grandson.

I’m sure he finds some brotherhood with Saddam.

Can we use his middle name again?
