No. But, I am doing a three fingers of scotch with a splash of water. Does that count?

My son, already a reasonably well-rounded athlete, has been with it for a few weeks and believes it is producing results.

No, but I’m looking for a good program. (Also looking for motivation to start running again. :))
Would you recommend it?

If you are in relatively decent shape, you can jump in and make great gains in overall fitness...i was a little too porky to start so i took it easy the 1st couple of weeks cause i didn’t want to kill myself...i have lost 9 pounds so far and have definitely added muscle and flexibility....my cardio has vastly improved...i think it’s great stuff.

I started the program, but quit because I kept spilling my beer.

Me too. But, then I found a use for my daughters' old sippie cups.

In the middle of Plyo do you ever want to give up?

I just Googled the website and threw up. I'll try to recover in my Lazy Boy with some chips and hot sauce.

I’ve been thinking about picking it up, but for sloths like my wife and me I’m afraid it will be too hard core. Problem though is other exercise videos I don’t think cut it (yay more yoga /sarc.../snore...)

They have the regular P90 series....i should have started with that...but i kind of eased myself into the X series...it’s not for the timid for sure....don’t knock Yoga....it may be boring for 20 year olds but if you are over 40, it’s a butt kicker.
