As one of the famous socialites in America after Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian was easily distinguishable from her contemporaries thanks to her glossy black hair. After living in Los Angeles for most of her life, the reality TV star has finally succumbed to the California girl look by dyeing her hair blonde. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, 28, showed off her distinctly Beyoncé-like new look while out in New York City yesterday
Dressed in a blue summer dress, the curvaceous star looked summery with her long honey blonde curls. Kim underwent her transformation at a New York salon before meeting her model friend Chanel Iman for lunch at Cipriani's.
After their meal, the pair went shopping at Intermix, where Kim picked up some new accessories to complement her blonde hair. Clearly excited about her new 'do, Kim posted photos of her hair on her Twitter micro-blogging page.
She said: 'I have a drastic new look... I went blonde! Do you like it? 'It's something different. I'm still getting used to it.' Kim invited fans to give their opinions on her blonde locks on her Twitter page, and it appeared most of them preferred her black hair. Several fans claimed her blonde hair made her look like Jennifer Lopez or South African model Tracy McGregor. One fan wrote: 'I think you look beautiful as always...but the black was nicer.' Another wrote: 'You look very pretty as always. Reminds me of Jennifer Lopez meets Jessica Alba. The darker hair definitely makes you unique.' Sometimes when I notice when some of the ladies at the gym get their haircut or lighten it up, I get a “thank you” , but I also get some looks like I am going to kidnapp them, take them to a basement, and try to remove their skin, so that I can make a suit out of them.
Iman Chanel is not the daughter of David Bowie.. that’s how rumors get started.. she is local LA girl turned supermodel...her mom is half korean and her dad is black..not David.
