I think I’ve seen this movie:
“Three Seasons” by Tony Bui.
There’s an artful dodger kiddie street vendor who sells dogtags and other trinkets to tourists in the film.
What I’d like to know is, how did he lose it?
Could the circumstances involve a hasty exit from a house of ill-repute on Tu Do Street?
It is always impressve how quickly someone jut has to come up with something negative at the least and offensive at the worst about the most simple things.
