A Marysville man was being held in the Sutter County Jail on Monday afternoon on suspicion of hit-and-run driving in connection with an accident in which a 72-year-old woman was injured, according to the Sutter County Sheriff's Department.
Juan Alfonso Urbina, 23, was arrested at 12:20 p.m. Sunday, about a half-hour after a driver hit a Live Oak woman at Highway 99 and Elm Street, sending her to the hospital, Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Brenda Baker said.

"Sanctuary" church?...makes one wonder.... No. My mother-in-law goes to that church. He may have thought he would find sanctuary there but he was el wrongo.
