Fox is nuts, that was the only show I would watch as well
Loved her in Serenity and the Firefly series. Poor girl just can't catch a break.
Don’t you mean......terminated?
Bummer..
It’s terminated, Jim...
The best show they had.
Ya I like her she’s a good actress.
Well at least where it left off is a sort of good stopping point instead of the last episode being “to be continued” and then never coming back.
Other than with the series and movies there are three different terminator time lines going on so none of them match each other.
Thanks! Her crucifix looks like the one I gave my daughter. Nice texas girl. Dad’s a general contractor, mom a teacher. homeschooled. She’ll make someone a lucky husband if she can stay above the sewage in LA.
I have never seen a single one of those shows, other than a rare AMW.
She glams up good. Looks great without all the war paint too.
I’m gonna have to Netflix this series—I liked her in Firefly/Serenity, but don’t watch much TV other than politics and hockey.
Ah well, I better get some water and an electric cable ready, to forestall her inevitable killing spree.
Meh. “Firefly” was brilliant. “Terminator” was OK at best.
Damn, she was in the show too? Living in a self-imposed TV bubble isn’t good.
That’s too bad about that show, but I’m glad to see they renewed Dollhouse. That is an interesting, different show.
It originally was shown as a Jan-May series as 24 is, I believe. Might they do it again? Is there an announcement that it has definitely been cancelled or is this an assumption based upon it not being on the Sept-Dec schedule?
Ok, Firefly is at the top: no arguments here.
But Terminator was so far ahead of its contemporaries - e.g. the poorly plotted and incoherent BS Galactica. And I’m going to miss the superb ensemble work of Lena Heady et al.
I’ll just have to earn 14 million dollars and have a word with Mr Wheedon about a new show.
Stick a fork in it. It was a Josh Friedman show, not Joss Wheedon. Fox went with Wheedon and dollhouse even with the lower ratings.
Looking forward to that (it's just starting over here in the UK). I almost dislike Dushku but I can how she fits the role.
Hmm, maybe Glau will be free for a cameo in Dollhouse now. Her trademarked glitchy strangeness must be a lock for that show.
That survived? I really thought it had been canceled.
It was a Joss Whedon out of the mainstream show stuck on Fox's Friday night death slot - just like Firefly was (runs off sobbing looking for my Firefly DVDs).
Is there any chance the Sci-Fi Channel will pick it up?
Self-imposed bubbles are pretty easy to burst.
Anyone know what Nathan Fillion is doing now?
The http://terminatorwiki.fox.com fans are lobbying them.
An ABC series called Castle that I like a lot.
Looks like Fox is making the moonbat march. Even at her best, Wanda Sykes comes across as a second-rate Aunt Esther (from "Sanford & Son") or a third-rate Florence (from "The Jeffersons"). Someone needs to tell this "comedian" that the "Stepin' Fetchit" stuff went out years ago.
Maybe Whedon will grab her for Dollhouse.
He likes working with the folks he’s discovered.
Thanks for the tip you two!
Sorry, BSG was light-years beyond Terminator. No contest there. Far better writing, acting, and eye candy.
Terminator showed promises of greatness here and there, but it just never quite rose above “bland.”
The first series of BSG was truly excellent. After that ... well I think we’ll have to differ.
My opinion FWIW. BSG has a lot of sleek space ships and explosions, but had about 10 episodes of writing stretched over 35+ incoherent episodes. Damn, BSG was a disappointment. Criminal waste of acting talent.
Secretly, she's a terminator that goes out in the real world on occasion and lays waste to people trying to break into the Dollhouse to see if it really exists.
Maybe I need life.
Maybe Josh will grab Savanna Weaver and her “mother” for the show too. Damn, their scenes were good.
Fillion is doing “Castle” on ABC. It’s actually pretty good.
Thanks! I will have to look that show up.
Good luck with that!
(c;
Good, it was horrible. They turned Sarah Conner into a conflicted, indecisive buffoon and John Conner into an brooding, introspective, navel gazing idiot.
Great! Thanks for the link!
...I terminate you!
You always knew that whatever scrape she got into, Lena Heady would get out of it by pulling some eye-popping move (one time literally: sticking a hypo into some guys eye) that would have you clutching your vulnerable bits protectively.
Ah well, not to everyone's taste.
I thought they were all pretty hardcore by the end. Brian Green did a good job, too, even though he was bashed. But then I never saw him in anything else.

Good show, but didn't get the ratings.
Agreed! Also I loved the Australian woman (don’t know her name, but she was the star of the excellent BSG spin off “Razor”)
This makes me sick. The last 5 or so episodes (beginning with the submarine) were some of the best TV I ever saw. Fox must have made its decision earlier, when the show was a little slow and incoherent.
I hope Fox reconsiders, or at least produces a 2-hour TV movie.
There’s a reason that the sent-back-in-time terminators in the final episodes were ignoring John Connor and trying instead to kill the little red-headed girl. I bet anything it’s because Savannah Weaver, not John Connor, is the leader of the human resistance in the future. It would have been great seeing the freshly transported-in-time John Connor make his way in the post-judgment world and meet up with the grownup Savannah Weaver.
I speculate that the far, far advanced cyborg who “became” Catherine Weaver was herself from an even more distant future where they found some very good reason NOT to eliminate the human race. It would be a real shame if the loose ends were not tied up, including the stories of Sarah, Ellison, and John Henry. There are definitely a whole lot of loose ends.
I think the bad guys (representing the “other” Skynet) were trying to get to the Turk version of SkyNet for whatever reason. SkyNet I and SkyNet II of the future are (I believe) not friends.
So the other Skynet faction were attempting to John Henry, Catherine Weaver etc - only menacing Savannah to get at what they clearly thought was her human Mother. Remember that T8-tor that Catherine spectacularly fries in the last episode? He clearly didn’t know that she was a Terminator, especially a liquid metal one.
Ah well, we’ll never know all the details.
