Wow. 4 months of data. I would not hire/fire anyone based on 4 months of data.
I wonder what their sales have been over the past several years?
Don't get caught up in numbers. Many of these dealers are simply fast talkers and good number manipulators, but did not bring home the bacon when it counted.
